ferriter scobbo's latest EpiCURE event

Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, has created a charitable fund, Granger’s Changers, in support of shareholder and lymphoma survivor, Rob Granger. In order to keep the fund active and growing, the firm started the EpiCURE Event Series at the end of 2011.  Designed to give friends, clients and colleagues the opportunity to break bread at the same table as a leader in their professional or personal worlds, our latest EpiCURE Event was a luncheon with State Senator Gale Candaras.

Senator Candaras came to the firm as the Co-Chair of the Joint Committee for Economic Development and Emerging Technologies. She touched on her work on this committee and other senate happenings. Everyone had a chance to voice their thoughts, and directly ask Senator Candaras any questions.

The ultimate hallmark of EpiCURE is raising money for cancer research. Instead of asking attendees to pay a fee for attendance, we asked for donations to the Granger’s Changers fund. Once again, we exceeded our $100.00 goal and raised more than 5 times that amount for a total of over $500.00. All donations are given directly to the Massachusetts Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Thank you to Senator Candaras and all of our generous guests!
