continuing disclosure for client bond issuance

Ferriter Scobbo recently assisted two clients in complying with continuing disclosure agreements executed by the clients in connection with the issuance of bonds in 2001, 2010, 2011, and 2012.  The clients’ continuing disclosure agreements were executed pursuant to rules under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for the benefit of holders of the bonds, and required the filing of certain updated financial and operating data.
