Alan D. Mandl joins Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC

Alan D. Mandl is Of Counsel to Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC (“Ferriter Scobbo”).  Ferriter Scobbo’s clients will benefit greatly because Alan has 30 years of experience in energy, cable and telecommunications.  Alan is well versed in rate making, utility operations and municipal law.  Throughout his career, he has counseled both public and private clients.

Alan compliments Ferriter Scobbo’s experience in the Boardroom.  He has negotiated a host of agreements including gas and electric power supply agreements, power purchase agreements, lease agreements, and interconnection agreements          

Alan is experienced in the Courtroom having litigated issues affecting five New England states.  He has represented the Commonwealth, Massport and other parties in utility rate cases, rulemakings and cable and telecommunications cases.

Alan knows the workings of the Statehouse.  He drafted legislation and has testified before a legislative committee.  

He served as Chief of the Utilities Division/Assistant Attorney General for Massachusetts where he supervised an 8-person legal and technical staff in rate cases and other complex agency proceedings.

Alan is a graduate of Yale University and Boston College Law School.
