2nd installment of "in the boardroom" series

Attorney Rob Granger’s second installment in a series of articles, called “In the Boardroom”, was published February 21st. The series, highlighting best practices for various boardroom matters, is published in The Standard New England’s Insurance Weekly. This particular article, called “In the Boardroom: Buying or Selling an Insurance Agency” focuses on necessary preparations and precautions to take when selling or buying an insurance agency.
