Craig P. Ramsdell's practice focuses on issues of corporate and public organizations. Mr. Ramsdell works with corporate and public clients in energy, environmental, employment, financial, real estate, insurance and contract-related matters. He has addressed issues relating to corporate governance, insurance regulation, tax-exempt revenue bonds and clean renewable energy bonds, multi-million dollar financings, power purchase contracts, tort- actions, environmental remediation, Massachusetts legislation, permitting and zoning.
Since joining Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele out of law school, Mr. Ramsdell has been involved in a broad spectrum of legal disputes. In his first jury trial, he was successful in defending a negligence action. Mr. Ramsdell was a key member of the litigation team that won a $65 million complex breach of contract dispute in the Massachusetts Superior Court.
With an undergrad degree from the College of the Holy Cross and as a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Ramsdell was admitted to the practice of law in November of 2007. Mr. Ramsdell is committed to helping the firm’s clients solve their complex governance, employment, environmental, finance, contact and tort issues individually and as part of a team of attorneys through innovative solutions and litigation if need be.
