Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC Completes Work to Form a Solar Energy Cooperative

Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC has assisted its client in forming the West Boylston Solar Energy Cooperative Corporation (“The Cooperative”).  The Cooperative is a venture between the West Boylston Municipal Light Plant and the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company.  The Cooperative will own and operate a solar electric generation facility in West Boylston, Massachusetts for the production of 359 kilowatts of solar energy.
