Our construction attorneys offer our clients the first-hand knowledge gained from practical experience as engineers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on construction projects. We represent owners, developers, construction managers, EPC contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers in all phases of construction. Our services include preparation of bid packaging and proposals, contract drafting and negotiation, negotiating completion agreements with sureties, and dispute avoidance and resolution during the construction phase.
We have significant experience with the completion of construction projects using a wide array of delivery methods, including design-build, project manager at risk, as well as the traditional design-bid-build model. We also assist clients with green construction and LEED Certification.
