Bruce Anderson recently joined Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC after serving three years with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.
As an Assistant Attorney General in the Utilities Division, Mr. Anderson was responsible for all aspects of electric rate proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy. His representation of the Massachusetts Attorney General in ISO -New England matters, contract issues, rate issues and other energy issues at the federal and state levels provides Mr. Anderson with an exceptional background to serve our energy clients.
Additionally, Mr. Anderson was an Assistant Attorney General serving in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit where he pursued criminal and civil investigations and prosecutions. Previously, Mr. Anderson worked for the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance and Policy. He performed statistical analyses and made policy recommendations to the Executive Office of Health and Human Services regarding the uninsured population in Massachusetts. This background will assist our clients in navigating the myriad of complex regulations and requirements they face in bio-technology.
Mr. Anderson graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law and has a B.A. from Clark University. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
